Privacy and data

How we process data when you use this website or contact Lazarus Systems.

Updated: 3 October 2026

01

Controller and contact

The data controller is Jacek Kuczyński Lazarus Systems, ul. Głogowska 101 lok. 7, 60-265 Poznań, Poland; tax ID (NIP) 7792583095, REGON 540795576. For personal data enquiries, contact hello@lazarus-systems.ai.

02

Contact form and correspondence

We process your name, email address, optional company name and message to answer your enquiry and handle correspondence. Providing data is voluntary, but we need an email address to reply. Please do not send special category data or information that is unnecessary for the conversation.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you are a prospective party to a contract and ask us to take steps before entering into it, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

03

Website operation and security

Our hosting and security providers process technical data, including IP addresses, browser information, request times and requested URLs. This supports website delivery, error diagnosis and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses browser and device signals to detect automated traffic. The website has no advertising trackers. The editorial panel uses session mechanisms required for authentication. We do not use contact form data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

04

Providers and processing locations

Vercel hosts the website and media, Neon stores CMS data, Cloudflare provides DNS and form protection, Resend delivers messages, and Google Workspace hosts our mailbox. Form contents pass through Vercel and Resend to our mailbox; the application does not store them in the CMS database.

These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Transfer safeguards are set out in the providers’ terms and data processing agreements, including standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to a particular processing activity.

05

Retention

We retain correspondence according to the purpose and progress of the matter: while handling it and for a justified period needed to document agreements or establish, exercise and defend legal claims. Where statutory document retention duties apply, the relevant legal period governs. Technical logs and backups follow the providers’ retention cycles. Deleting a message from the mailbox does not immediately remove every backup copy.

06

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You have a right to data portability in the circumstances specified by the GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. The extent of these rights depends on the legal basis and circumstances of processing.

Send requests to hello@lazarus-systems.ai. You may also complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement.
